Born in 1998, I am a registered Thoroughbred mare. I raced as a three-year-old and then became a successful amateur show hunter under the name of “All That Jazz”. I was known for my outstanding disposition, good movement, and excellent form over fences. As a broodmare, I foaled a champion Anglo-Arabian colt, but because I loved the daily contact and attention of being with people, I was gifted to Cloud Dancers by Jim Porcher as a therapeutic riding horse.
From Cloud Dancers’ perspective, Birdie has many talents—mellow disposition, responsive and willing to learn. She listens and pays attention. She is greatly appreciated for her intelligence and sweet and sensitive disposition. Birdie and Speck have become fast friends, although Birdie thinks he is a bit too clingy at times!
